University of Ibadan Sets 2026/2027 Admission Cut-Offs

The University of Ibadan has announced its admission cut-off marks for the 2026/2027 academic session, specifying that nine courses require a minimum post-UTME score of 70 for applicants. The most competitive program is Medicine and Surgery, with a cut-off score of 80.00.

Other courses and their respective cut-off scores include Nursing Science at 74.5, Software Engineering at 75.375, Computer Science at 74.125, Dentistry at 72.875, Electrical and Electronics Engineering at 71.25, Law at 71.00, Pharmacy at 70.375, and Mechanical Engineering at 70.00. Candidates aiming for these programs must understand that merely meeting the cut-off score is insufficient, as the post-UTME score significantly influences the final admission decision.

Falling below these thresholds will result in disqualification from consideration for the respective courses, regardless of UTME performance.
