Toni Unuavworho Wins AfricaRe CEOs Golf Tournament

Toni Unuavworho emerged as the winner of the AfricaRe Tournament for CEOs, held at Ikoyi, scoring 38 Stableford points. He outperformed his closest rival, Anci Okoebor, by two points, while Obinna Okwoji finished third with a gross score of 36 Stableford points.

Unuavworho expressed gratitude to the organizers and acknowledged the roles of skill and luck in his victory. Temitop Akinowa, the Regional Director for Anglophone West Africa at Africa Reinsurance Corporation, noted the event coincided with the 50th anniversary of the organization, which has been committed to supporting the African economy for nearly five decades.

The tournament featured various categories, with Olaid Adekoya, Yetund Ojo, and Ifeoma Obata winning in the ladies' Stableford category. Segun Adekoya won the longest drive for men, while Anni Eimiakhen won for ladies.

Ademola Osindero and Yetund Ojo also received prizes in their respective categories.
