US – Based Stanley Oriala Ignite Excitement At NNPC- SNEPCo Junior Tennis Grand Finale

Stanley Oriala, a US-based Nigerian tennis player, brought excitement to the NNPC-SNEPCo Junior Tennis Grand Finale held at the MKO Abiola Sports Arena in Abeokuta. Oriala, who was accompanied by his father, dominated the Boys 14 category, defeating opponent Taiwo Garuba from Ogun State in a thrilling final.

The home crowd's support spurred Garuba on, but Oriala's skill, placement, and mental toughness secured his victory. In the Girls 14 category, Success Godwin emerged victorious, while Seyi Ogunsakin claimed the Boys 16 title.

The event was attended by dignitaries, including Chief Segun Odegbami and the Honorable Commissioner for Sports Development in Ogun State. SNEPCo's Deliveries Manager, Tajudeed Adebayo, expressed delight at the championship's impact on Nigerian youth and pledged continued support for the development of tennis in the country.
