US, Nigerian Forces Kill ISIS Deputy Leader Abu-Bilal

On a Saturday, President Donald Trump announced that US and Nigerian forces had successfully eliminated Abu-Bilal al-Minuki, the deputy leader of ISIS, during a joint military operation. Trump identified al-Minuki as the second-in-command of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
