ValueJet Launches Lagos-Accra Flight Service in March

ValueJet, a Nigerian airline, has announced the commencement of its flight service between Lagos and Accra, scheduled to begin in March. This new route will operate daily from the Murtala Muhammed International Airport and marks a significant milestone in the airline's expansion across West Africa.

Omololu Majekodunmi, the Managing Director of ValueJet, highlighted that this service aims to extend the airline's footprint beyond Nigeria and strengthen the economic dynamics between the two regions. The Lagos-Accra route is expected to stimulate tourism and trade, fostering cross-border collaboration.

ValueJet plans to enhance its fleet with CRJ 1000 aircraft to improve efficiency on regional domestic routes and offer competitive fares to attract passengers. The airline's initiative is anticipated to support the Ghana Airport Company and streamline the travel experience for passengers, bridging opportunities across West Africa.
