European University Nigeria Unveils Innovative Solutions

The European University Nigeria, under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Emmanuel Ibezim, has made significant advancements in research and innovation since its establishment.

During a press conference in Abuja, Ibezim disclosed that the university has developed three innovative solutions designed to positively impact society. These solutions include a software for lecture design, a skill acquisition program for students, and a local fabric tablet disintegration apparatus.

Additionally, the university has designed a drone for surveillance purposes and utilized computational tools to mine neem trees for a novel antimalarial drug targeting drug-resistant malaria parasites. Ibezim emphasized the university's commitment to addressing anomalies and loopholes in the current tertiary education system in Nigeria, showcasing the institution's determination to offer 23 fully approved programs recognized by the National Universities Commission (NUC) and relevant professional bodies.
