Benue State University Teaching Hospital Establishes Therapeutic Center for Children with Special Needs

Benue State University Teaching Hospital (BSUTH) in Benue State has launched a therapeutic center dedicated to children with special needs, the first of its kind in the region. The center, equipped with specialists and a multidisciplinary team, aims to offer comprehensive care, education, and support for children facing developmental challenges.

Governor Hyacinth Alia commended the initiative, emphasizing the goal to provide quality healthcare services locally and reduce medical tourism. The hospital also received a significant batch of modern medical equipment to enhance healthcare delivery.
