Atiku Abubakar Willing to Step Aside for Peter Obi

In an exclusive interview with Aris TV on Wednesday, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar declared his willingness to step aside for any winner in the presidential race, specifically mentioning Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State. When asked if he would concede to Obi should he emerge as the winner, Atiku responded affirmatively, stating he would step aside.

He was further questioned about the possibility of extending a specific offer to Obi, to which he replied that he did not see any difficulty in doing so. Atiku dismissed the notion that he would be unwilling to concede, emphasizing that the decision would depend on the democratic process and consensus.

This declaration comes as Atiku prepares for what he describes as his final attempt to contest the presidential elections in 2027.
