Falz Criticizes Nigerian Government Over Insecurity

Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, an Afrobeat singer and activist, criticized the Nigerian government for exacerbating insecurity and economic hardship during a protest held on June 12 in Lagos. He urged Nigerians to engage in the democratic process, expressing dissatisfaction with the government's failure to protect citizens amid rising cases of kidnapping and killings.

Falz highlighted the recent abduction of students and the plight of ordinary Nigerians, stating that the government does not care about their lives. He called for an immediate end to kidnappings and expressed concern over the ongoing abductions despite schools remaining open.
