Iyabo Ojo Explains Ex-Husband's Role in Daughter's Wedding

Iyabo Ojo, a Nollywood actress, discussed the decision for her ex-husband, Ademidun Ojo, to walk their daughter Priscilla Ojo down the aisle at her wedding to Tanzanian singer Juma Jux. In a recent interview on the Morayo Show, Ojo stated that she intentionally set aside differences with her former husband to ensure their daughter enjoyed her special day without the burden of their past.

She expressed a determination to break the cycle of broken homes affecting children, emphasizing that she did not want her children to experience the pain of separation. Ojo highlighted that despite their divorce, Ademidun Ojo remains Priscilla's father and deserves to be part of significant occasions in her life.

She dismissed claims of being an overly strict mother, explaining that her firm parenting approach was ultimately understood by her children. The wedding ceremony is set to take place in Tanzania and Nigeria in 2025, attracting dignitaries and celebrities from across Africa.
