Viral Video: ADC Denies Stoning Of Aregbesola At Ogun Campaign

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Ogun State has denied claims that their National Secretary, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, was stoned during a campaign event on August 17. The party's Publicity Secretary, Olumide Onabajo, refuted a viral video circulating online that suggested Aregbesola was attacked by supporters.

Onabajo called the video misleading and maliciously circulated to discredit the party, noting that it was old footage from the EndSARS protest in Osun State. He emphasized that Aregbesola is no longer a governor and has no intention to misinform the public.

The ADC condemned the disruption of their campaign rally by security operatives and vowed to remain a credible alternative in Ogun politics. They urged the public to disregard false information and remain steadfast in supporting the party's peaceful campaign for the liberation of the people from failed leadership.
