Voice of Nigeria Named International Broadcaster for WPRF

Voice of Nigeria (VON) has been officially named the international broadcaster for the upcoming World Public Relations Forum (WPRF), which is set to take place from November 15 to 21, 2026. This announcement was made during the signing of a memorandum of agreement at VON's headquarters in Abuja.

Suleiman Haruna, the chairman of the WPRF National Planning Committee, described VON as a worthy partner in enhancing Nigeria's reputation and strengthening its position as a global leader in responsible communication. Dr.

Haruna expressed optimism that VON's involvement would reform the international media landscape and provide extensive broadcast coverage targeting foreign audiences. Jibrin Baba Ndace, the Director General of VON, emphasized that the WPRF is not a project of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) but assured full support from VON.

The agreement aims to maximize exposure for the event, which will be broadcast in nine major languages.
