Shettima Praises NAHCON for 2026 Hajj Management

On Wednesday, Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima commended the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) for its efficient handling of the 2026 Hajj operation during a courtesy visit from NAHCON's Board and management, along with representatives from the State Pilgrims Welfare Boards, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja. VP Shettima recognized the efforts of NAHCON and the State Pilgrims Welfare Boards, congratulating them on their nearly seamless performance in the recent Hajj exercise.

He stated that the performance should serve as a benchmark for future operations, particularly as authorities aim to implement a sustainable model that ensures a 100 percent hitch-free pilgrimage experience. Amb.
