Pete Edochie Shares Health Struggles During Visit to Armah

Pete Edochie, a veteran Nollywood actor, disclosed his current health struggles, stating that walking has become difficult for him and that he is experiencing swelling in various parts of his body. This revelation was made during his visit to Emmanuel Armah, a Ghanaian actor who has been ill for nearly 11 years, on Thursday in Accra, Ghana.

Edochie expressed hope for his recovery despite his own physical challenges, mentioning that he sometimes experiences swelling in his hand. He also voiced concerns about becoming a burden to others, asking God to take him when his time comes rather than leaving others to care for him.

During the visit, Edochie prayed for Armah’s recovery and provided financial assistance for his care. Armah's wife, Stella Amina Armah, shared that her husband’s health issues began while he was working in the United States, where he developed high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol levels.

Armah is currently undergoing physiotherapy and receiving daily massages.
