Sujimoto CEO Denies Fraud Allegations, Vows to Face EFCC

Olasijibomi Ogundele, CEO of Sujimoto Luxury Construction Limited, has denied allegations of fraud and pledged to report to the EFCC. The Enugu State Government and EFCC accused Ogundele of defrauding the state of billions meant for constructing schools, leading to his declaration as a fugitive.

Ogundele refuted the claims, stating he did not vanish and is willing to cooperate with authorities. The state government accused him of premeditated fraud, highlighting discrepancies in the bond presented for the contract.

EFCC issued a notice seeking Ogundele, alleging money laundering and diversion of funds. The situation has raised concerns over financial integrity and accountability in public projects.
