APC Chairman Adeyemo Aims to Reclaim Oyo in 2027

Mose Alak Adeyemo, the newly inaugurated Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, has declared the party's commitment to reclaiming the state in the 2027 elections. During his inauguration on Friday at Obafemi Awolowo Stadium, Adeyemo, who served as the former Deputy Governor of Oyo State, emphasized the need for immediate action to achieve this goal.

He referenced the tenure of the late former Governor Abiola Ajimobi, who served from 2011 to 2019, as a benchmark for success. Adeyemo stated that the party is resolute in working towards the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and aims to secure 90% of the votes for the Agodi Government House in 2027.

He described the current atmosphere within the party as peaceful and optimistic, asserting that this unity will be crucial as they approach the next party primary elections.
