We Didn’t Connive With Military To Disrupt Zamfara By-election – APC

The Zamfara state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has denied allegations made by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that they connived with the military to disrupt the recent by-election in the state. The APC's state publicity secretary, Yusuf Idris Gusau, stated in a press conference that the PDP was fabricating lies to cover up their defeat in the election.

The PDP had accused the APC of using the military to intimidate voters and rig the election. The APC refuted these claims, calling them baseless and a smear campaign against the security personnel stationed at polling units.

The APC criticized the PDP for dragging the Nigerian military into partisan politics and endangering the lives of troops who work to protect communities from banditry. The APC urged for responsible and respectful behavior towards the military.
