Nigeria's BPSR Achieves 100% Digitization of Finances

The Director General of the Bureau of Public Service Reform (BPSR), Mr. Arabi, announced the complete digitization of Nigeria's public financial management system, achieving 100% digitization in budget preparation and auditing processes.

This initiative was unveiled on Monday in Abuja and is part of efforts to deepen transparency and accountability in governance. The BPSR launched three digital platforms designed to strengthen public service reform across ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs).

The reform tracker dashboard will provide near real-time data on reform milestones, while the knowledge repository will serve as a central digital library for policy reports and guidelines. The NSPSR strategic dashboard will enable policymakers to monitor the implementation of national reform strategies and identify gaps.

Mr. Arabi emphasized that the BPSR is committed to leveraging digital innovation to improve service delivery and urged the media to support accurate reporting on government reform initiatives.
