Westmead Mall Expands with New Outlet in Ibadan

Westmead Mall has expanded its operations by opening a new outlet in Samonda, Ibadan, located along Samonda–Bodija Road, opposite the old Trans-Amusement Park. This new facility is part of Westmead's strategy to enhance shopping, leisure, and lifestyle services for families in the city.

The Archbishop of Ibadan, Most Rev. Gabriel ’Leke Abegunrin, blessed the outlet and prayed for the business's continued growth and positive community impact. Chief (Mrs.) Seye Ogunwuyi, the Managing Director, stated that the expansion signifies more than just new retail spaces; it reflects the company's commitment to job creation and supporting local livelihoods.

Westmead Mall now directly employs over 500 individuals and indirectly supports thousands more through its operations. The new outlet demonstrates Westmead's confidence in Ibadan's consumer market and aims to provide quality services to residents.

With this addition, Westmead operates four locations in Ibadan, focusing on building a sustainable brand that strengthens local supply chains and improves community welfare.
