Ekiti Governor awards N200bn road contracts for infrastructure development.

Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji reveals the award of N200 billion worth of road contracts over three years, covering 350 kilometers across 16 local government areas. Governor Oyebanji highlights the progress made in road infrastructure development, with significant investments in rural road connectivity and economic growth.

Notably, N150 billion has already been disbursed to contractors, with completed projects like the Alaaye Road rehabilitation. The Ekiti State Rural Access Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) aims to enhance local economic activities by providing alternative routes and improving commuter access.
