‘What He Did Is Considered Terrorism’ – NCAA Blasts KWAM 1

The NCAA Director of Public Affairs, Mike Achimugu, criticized popular Fuji musician Wasiu Ayinde, also known as KWAM 1, for his alleged disruptive behavior on a recent ValueJet flight. Achimugu labeled Ayinde's actions as terrorism and announced that an investigation has been launched to determine how the musician gained access to a restricted area on the flight.

The probe will involve various aviation agencies, including FAAN, AVSEC, and NAMA, to examine all angles of the incident. The NCAA had previously petitioned the Federal Police to investigate the incident involving Flight VK201 on August 7, stating that Ayinde's actions violated Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations.

As a result, Ayinde has been placed on a list that effectively bars him from boarding any flights within the country until the investigation is concluded.
