Gbajabiamila Addresses Fallout with Desmond Elliott

Femi Gbajabiamila, serving as Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu, commented on the recent political fallout with Lagos State lawmaker Desmond Elliott, suggesting that it should be considered a closed chapter. His remarks were made during the Gbaja Mega Empowerment Programme, which took place at the National Stadium in Lagos, where cash, vehicles, and other assistance were distributed to residents of the Surulere Federal Constituency.

Gbajabiamila reflected on the challenges he faced over the past few months, including various allegations and claims, but noted that the people of Surulere continued to support him. He asserted that the controversy would not distract him from his responsibilities or the tasks assigned to him by President Tinubu.

Gbajabiamila stated, “Desmond Elliott is part of us and a member of the family. What is done is done and we must move on from it.”.
