Falz Advocates for Delaying Marriage Until After 30

Nigerian rapper Falz, during an episode of The BTS Reality podcast, expressed his views on early marriage, stating he does not encourage individuals to marry before the age of 30. He articulated that many people lack the necessary emotional, financial, and mental maturity before reaching this age.

Falz pointed out that societal expectations often pressure young individuals into marriage prematurely. He emphasized that a person's 20s should be dedicated to self-discovery, personal development, and enjoying life, rather than rushing into marriage.

Falz advised young people to prioritize their growth and not succumb to external pressures. He stated, “Getting married in your 30s is the best.

Don’t let anyone pressure you into getting married before 30. By 30s, you have gained more life experiences.

In your 20s, you are still figuring yourself out.” He concluded that the 30s are a better time to combine knowledge and direct one’s life.
