Funke Akindele, a well-known Nollywood actress and filmmaker, disclosed her reasons for no longer attending church services in a video shared on her Snapchat page. She explained that the level of attention she receives during physical worship became uncomfortable, disrupting her ability to focus on preparing breakfast for her children and getting them ready for church.

Consequently, she decided to participate in church services virtually instead. Additionally, Akindele addressed rumors regarding her alleged snub of Fuji musician Wasiu Alabi Pasuma at a recent event.

Following a viral video that showed Pasuma attempting to engage her in conversation, speculation arose online. Akindele firmly dismissed these claims, stating that she greeted and interacted warmly with Pasuma, urging people to stop spreading negativity.
