Why we declared Atiku’s son-in-law wanted – EFCC

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has clarified why Atiku Abubakar's son-in-law, Abdullahi Bashir Haske, was declared wanted. The agency dismissed any connection between the declaration and Atiku, stating that Haske had been under investigation for several years for jumping bail.

The EFCC spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, called the insinuations "rubbish" and urged the public to provide any information on Haske's whereabouts. The official notice, signed by Oyewale, stated that Haske is wanted for alleged criminal conspiracy and money laundering.

The EFCC appealed to Nigerians to assist in tracking Haske by reporting any credible information to their offices nationwide. Haske, 38, is known to have resided in Lagos and is wanted for his involvement in financial crimes.
