Wicknell Chivayo Reveals ₦7.6 Billion Mansion in 2026

Wicknell Chivayo, a Zimbabwean businessman known for his extravagant lifestyle and political connections, unveiled his lavish Cape Town mansion in June 2026, just months before his death on October 1, 2026. The property, located in Clifton, is valued at approximately ₦7.6 billion and is situated in one of South Africa's most exclusive residential areas along the Atlantic Seaboard.

The mansion features floor-to-ceiling glass walls, allowing natural light and ocean views in nearly every room. It is furnished with designer pieces and includes a penthouse-style master suite, several en-suite bedrooms, a private gym, a home theatre, a wine cellar, and a bespoke designer kitchen.

The outdoor area boasts a pool deck extending over the ocean and a dedicated play area for his children. Chivayo had been publicly showcasing his lifestyle leading up to his death, which included appearances with his Gulfstream G550.

He tragically died in a helicopter crash.
