Tinubu Praises Wike for Infrastructure Development in Abuja

On Wednesday, President Bola Tinubu commended Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike for his relentless dedication to completing infrastructure projects, stating that Wike "does not sleep until the job is done." This remark was made during the inauguration of the newly constructed Collector Road C01 and its bridge in Abuja, which is part of a broader development agenda for the Federal Capital Territory. Tinubu emphasized that the administration is committed to delivering projects and will not abandon any initiatives.

He noted that the road project was initially proposed during a call to the Nigerian Law School last year due to concerns about traffic congestion in the area. The project is expected to create hundreds of direct and indirect jobs for young Nigerians and improve access for students and residents.

Wike expressed gratitude for the resources provided by Tinubu's administration to execute these projects, which aim to enhance infrastructure across the capital city.
