Nyesom Wike Drags Striking FCTA Workers to Court Over Dispute

Nyesom Wike, representing the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), has filed a lawsuit against striking workers from the FCTA. The workers, under the Joint Union Action Committee (JUAC), commenced an indefinite strike demanding the resolution of issues.

The lawsuit seeks to restrain the union from picketing and obstructing operations. The court order was served on the workers, prompting a legal battle over the ongoing strike in Abuja.
