Wike Issues Ultimatum to Abuja Land Use Defaulters

Governor Wike has issued a 14-day ultimatum to property owners in Abuja's Asokoro, Maitama, Garki, and Wuse District to regularize their land use or face penalties. The FCT Administration directed defaulters to comply by November 25, 2025, warning of enforcement actions.

Those who comply within the grace period will receive updated land use documents. Wike's ultimatum aims to ensure proper land use in Abuja's high-end districts.
