They emphasized the soldiers' sacrifices for peace and security in Nigeria, seeking a second chance to serve the country with renewed loyalty.

The plea for mercy and support was extended to Tinubu, the National Assembly, Governor Babagana Zulum, and all Nigerians to consider granting a presidential pardon for the detained soldiers.
