Woman Seeks Justice in Gruesome Murder of Husband, Son in Rivers State

The widow of Chief Security Officer Jeminiwa Richard Timothy, who was brutally murdered alongside their son in Rivers State, is seeking justice for the heinous crime. The incident occurred in Igwuruta Town, Ikwerre Local Government Area, leaving the family devastated and in shock.

The suspected assassin mistakenly targeted their son, Silas, believing he was the CSO. The widow recounted the horrifying events, including the assailants ambushing the family and shooting Silas twice in the forehead.

Despite previous threats and attacks on the stadium where Timothy worked, the police allegedly downplayed the incidents. The widow is pleading for justice and believes her husband's steadfast protection of the stadium may have led to his murder.

She criticized the police for their handling of the case, expressing frustration over the lack of progress in tracking down the suspects.
