Lagos APC Celebrates Workers' Contributions on Workers' Day

On Workers' Day, the Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) praised the contributions of workers to the state's development. In a statement released on Friday, the state APC chairman, Cornelius Ojelabi, acknowledged the dedication and resilience of the workforce, describing it as a key pillar in the advancement of Lagos State.

He noted that workers have played a central role in the achievements of the state, especially with the advent of democratic governance. Ojelabi recognized the contributions of workers nationwide and emphasized the leadership of Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Babajide Sanwo-Olu in supporting economic stability and progress.

He reiterated the APC-led administration's commitment to the prompt payment of salaries and the continuous improvement of labor standards in line with global best practices. Ojelabi expressed optimism that sustained collaboration between the government and workers would further enhance prosperity in Lagos and strengthen the nation's overall growth.
