Yahaya Bello Endorses Leke Abejide for Third Term

Yahaya Bello, the former governor of Kogi State, has publicly endorsed Leke Abejide's candidacy for a third term in the House of Representatives. In a statement issued by his spokesman, Onogwu Muham, Bello highlighted the need for voters in the Yagba Federal Constituency to support Abejide's re-election to consolidate and expand development in the region.

Bello argued that the legislative experience gained from a third term would significantly outweigh that of a first-term member, as new lawmakers often lack the necessary expertise. He noted that Abejide's leadership has positively impacted the constituency and that his continued service is essential for attracting federal projects and navigating the legislative process effectively.

Bello called on the people of Yagba to support Abejide's vision and emphasized that the achievements from his first term could be multiplied in a second and third term. He acknowledged the importance of fair rotation but stressed that allowing Abejide to complete a third term would bring greater development opportunities.
