Yobe State Government Introduces Free Dialysis for Kidney Patients to Tackle Rising Cases

The Yobe State Government has initiated a free dialysis program for kidney patients to combat the rising cases of kidney diseases. Governor Mai Mala Buni's administration aims to alleviate the financial burden on patients and families, enhance healthcare access, and support medical research projects at Yobe State University.

A special kidney hospital in Gashua will provide easier access to dialysis services. The government also plans to establish preventive measures and raise public awareness to reduce new cases of kidney diseases.
