Lagos APC Dismisses Dele Momodu's Claims on Tinubu

The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has dismissed claims made by Dele Momodu of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) that President Bola Tinubu might lose the 2027 presidential election to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, alongside other potential candidates like Peter Obi and Rotimi Amaechi. Sey Oladejo, the spokesman for the Lagos APC, described Momodu's assertions as wild and baseless, asserting that they lack any grounding in reality.

He stated that Tinubu is on an unstoppable trajectory towards victory in the upcoming elections, emphasizing the administration's commitment to implementing bold reforms aimed at stabilizing the Nigerian economy and strengthening national security. Oladejo further criticized the opposition for lacking cohesion and clear direction, suggesting that their speculative claims would not resonate with the Nigerian electorate, who are already facing economic challenges.

He expressed confidence that the Nigerian people would continue to support Tinubu's administration as it consolidates its gains and deepens progress across various sectors.
