APC Rejects ADC's Allegations Over Edo Shooting Incident

The All Progressives Congress (APC) issued a statement on Thursday, rejecting allegations made by the African Democratic Congress (ADC) concerning a shooting incident involving ADC members in Edo State. APC's National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, described the ADC's claims as delusional and senseless, asserting that the opposition party is its own nemesis.

The APC emphasized that the ADC's accusations lack any basis in fact and disregarded due process. This response followed ADC's statement on Wednesday, which blamed the APC for the shooting incident.

The APC condemned the ADC's characterization of the situation as an act of terror and criticized the party for its reckless behavior amid ongoing security challenges in the country. The APC called for a thorough and expedited investigation by law enforcement to bring the perpetrators of the violence to justice.
