APC Blames ADC for Leadership Crisis and Internal Issues

The All Progressives Congress (APC) issued a statement on Thursday, criticizing the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for its ongoing leadership crisis, asserting that ADC is solely responsible for its internal problems. APC spokesperson Felix Morka described ADC's current predicament as self-inflicted, attributing its internal crisis to a faction led by David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola allegedly taking control of the party's leadership in violation of its constitutional provisions.

Morka characterized ADC's political platform as plagued by confusion and desperation, leading to its own downfall. He further stated that ADC's internal disputes are a direct consequence of its reckless handling of affairs.

Morka accused ADC of failing to manage its internal structure and claimed that it cannot credibly assert its capacity to govern the country. Despite the political exchanges, Morka emphasized that the APC administration under President Bola Tinubu remains committed to implementing its "Renewed Hope" agenda, focusing on strengthening democratic institutions and promoting peace and unity across the nation.
