Pius ‘Deji Olanrewaju Named Zedvance Finance Board Chairman

Zedvance Finance has appointed Pius ‘Deji Olanrewaju as the Chairman of its Board of Directors, with the appointment set to take effect on July 1, 2026, pending regulatory approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria. Olanrewaju is expected to enhance the board's structure and strengthen oversight capabilities, positioning Zedvance Finance to accelerate its growth and deepen innovation. He brings over four decades of experience as a legal scholar, banking expert, and corporate leader, holding various prestigious positions including immediate past president and chairman of the council of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

Olanrewaju has also served as a professor of banking law at Babcock University and has co-authored several books and articles. His extensive background in banking and finance will contribute significantly to Zedvance Finance's strategic aspirations.
