Canada Business Visitor Immigration Conditions

Canada has outlined three conditions for foreign nationals to enter as business visitors under the CPTPP, including maintaining remuneration and principal business outside Canada, and not intending to enter the Canadian labor market.

The United Kingdom's entry into the CPTPP allows British citizens to conduct certain business activities in Canada without a work permit, provided they meet specific conditions. This includes attending meetings, conducting research, and marketing, with a maximum stay of six month

Canada has permitted business visitors from 11 CPTPP countries to enter without a work permit for commercial activities. Eligible nationals must apply at the Port of Entry and meet specific requirements, including proof of citizenship and business activity.
