Six Killed, 29 Injured in Lagos and Ogun Road Crashes

In separate incidents in Lagos and Ogun states, six people lost their lives, and 29 sustained injuries in road crashes. The accidents occurred on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and Third Mainland Bridge.

The crashes involved a vehicle carrying cows and a commercial bus transporting passengers and household items. The Federal Road Safety Corps and Lagos State Traffic Management Authority responded promptly, providing medical attention and extricating victims.

The injured were taken to hospitals for treatment, with one victim requiring intensive care due to multiple fractures. Investigations are ongoing to determine the exact causes of the accidents.
