Chibok Girls to Graduate from AUN on May 9, 2026

On May 9, 2026, twelve rescued Chibok girls will graduate from the American University of Nigeria (AUN), marking a significant milestone in the fight against Boko Haram's anti-education campaign. Dr. Dewayn Frazier, AUN President, announced this historic event during a media briefing in Yola, Adamawa State.

He described the graduation as an emotional and defining moment in the university's history, symbolizing a major defeat for Boko Haram.
