131 Gombe Youths Hired at New Federal Medical Centre

On Tuesday, Governor Muhammadu Yahaya of Gombe State announced the employment of 131 youths at the newly established Federal Medical Centre Kumo. He praised President Bola Tinubu for establishing the centre, describing it as a significant step toward improving healthcare delivery and creating job opportunities for the people of Gombe State.

The governor emphasized that the Federal Medical Centre Kumo brings tertiary healthcare services closer to residents and opens job opportunities for the youth across the state. He noted that this initiative reflects his administration's commitment to addressing youth unemployment.

The event featured the symbolic presentation of employment letters to the newly recruited staff. Abdulkadir Moham, representing the Emir of Akko, commended the governor for facilitating employment for Gombe youths, highlighting the importance of this gesture in addressing unemployment.
