ADC Launches 'RiseUp Naija' Movement for Youth Leadership

On Thursday, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) unveiled the 'RiseUp Naija' movement at a national secretariat event in Abuja, aiming to mobilize Nigerian youths for political engagement and leadership. Myke Uzendu, a leader within the ADC, emphasized the importance of youth ownership in reshaping Nigeria's political future.

Alhaji Kashim Imam, an elder statesman and ADC chieftain, highlighted that Nigeria's challenges stem from poor leadership despite its abundant resources. He called for a new generation of political leaders who are accountable and inclusive.

Imam acknowledged the failures of the older generation and urged the youth to seize the opportunity to influence the country's future positively. Dr.
