APC Chairman Yilwatda Promises Victory in 2027 Elections

Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), assured party members that the APC would convert its numerical strength and organizational capacity into electoral success in the 2027 general elections. Speaking on Thursday during a meeting with the House of Representatives Aspirants Forum for Tinubu/Shettima 2027, Yilwatda revealed that the APC boasts over 261,000 executive committee members nationwide, along with more governors, ministers, local government chairmen, and councillors than any other political party.

He emphasized the party's commitment to inclusiveness, stating that it provides opportunities for all members regardless of age, gender, educational background, religion, tribe, or disability. Yilwatda endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the most credible candidate for the presidency in 2027 and urged members to support his bid for a second term.

He also highlighted the government's infrastructure projects, including the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, and defended the Federal Government’s student loan scheme.
