Abubakar Urges Opposition to Support Tinubu's APC

Alhaji Armayau Abubakar, a former Deputy Governor of Taraba State and Commissioner of the Federal Character Commission, stated that Nigeria should have no opposition at this time. He called on opposition leaders, including Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, to support President Bola Tinubu's All Progressives Congress (APC) administration.

Speaking in Abuja on Tuesday, Abubakar emphasized that the opposition is disjointed and that the APC has made significant progress, suggesting that the achievements of Tinubu are evident and unchallengeable. He argued that the APC has gained widespread support from governors and members of the National Assembly, indicating that the party is well-positioned for future elections.

Dayo Fasola, the National Women Leader of the Renewed Hope People Advocacy, supported Abubakar's claims, asserting that the opposition is virtually non-existent and lacks coordination, making it easy for Tinubu's campaign for re-election.
