Borno ADC Faction Apologizes to Kashim Imam, Reaches Truce Ahead of 2027 Elections

In Borno State, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) faction, led by Hon. Moham Bolori and Hon.

Sheriff Banki, has reached a truce with party chieftain Alhaji Kashim Ibrahim Imam and other aggrieved members. The state chairman of the party, Hon.

Moham Bolori, publicly apologized to Imam and others for rejecting Hon. Ali Wurg's chairmanship of the Transition Management Committee, which caused misunderstandings within the party.

The state executive committee acknowledged its mistake and sought reconciliation to ensure unity for success in the upcoming 2027 general elections. The party disassociated itself from the alleged actions of a registration committee set up against Kashim Imam.

The reconciliation process involved multiple meetings to address misconduct and differences, culminating in a formal apology to Imam and a commitment to work together towards victory in the elections.
