APC Official in Niger State Vows Fair Competition Ahead of 2027 Elections

Nma Kolo, a key figure in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Niger State, stated during a press conference in Minna that the party will not underrate any political party in the country as they gear up for the 2027 general elections. Kolo, who serves as the Ambassador to Niger State Coordinator for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, highlighted the need for fair competition and equal treatment of all political parties.

He also emphasized the importance of not underestimating any individual or political party, contrary to claims that the northern part of the country is solidly behind President Tinubu. Kolo urged the people of Niger State and Nigeria to allow Tinubu to lead for eight years, citing the need for peace and stability in the nation.

Additionally, he mentioned ongoing infrastructure projects in Niger State, including the Kontagora-Rijau road project, which is set to be completed to attract voters. Kolo also addressed security challenges in the state, expressing the government's commitment to combating terrorist and bandit attacks.
