APC Candidate Dr. Oluwatoyin Taiwo Launches Education Project

Dr. Oluwatoyin Taiwo, the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate for the Yewa South-Ipokia Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections, initiated an educational support project in the Ipokia Local Government Area of Ogun State. This outreach was prompted by reports indicating that many children in the border region could not return to school due to their parents' inability to afford basic learning supplies.

The project includes distributing instructional materials, customized exercise books, school sandals, and socks to hundreds of students from low-income families. During visits to beneficiary schools, Taiwo observed that many children were attending classes in worn-out uniforms.

To address this, he pledged to fully fund and provide new uniforms to affected students by the end of the following week. The initiative will also expand into the broader Yewa South Local Government Area.

Hon. Johnson Akohomeh Avoseh, the Executive Chairman of Ipokia LGA, commended the project as a significant enhancement to local educational efforts.
