Adegoke Advocates Reconciliation for Oyo ADC Ahead of 2027

Olooye Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke (FCA), the governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Oyo State, advocated for reconciliation within the party as the 2027 general elections approach. During a visit to Saki West, Saki East, and Atisbo Federal Constituency, Adegoke urged fellow aspirants from the party's primary election to unite for a successful campaign.

He stressed the importance of collective effort, stating, "Nobody can do it alone, we must work together to achieve victory." Adegoke has been actively seeking cooperation from other contestants, particularly Chief Bisi Ilaka, and called for peace among party members. He also promised to repair a minimum of 10 township and inner roads in each of Oyo State's 33 local government areas within his first 100 days in office.

Other ADC candidates, including Architect Bashiru Lawal and Dr Lanre Agoro, echoed the need for unity, while Oyo State ADC Chairman Mr Afees Jimoh encouraged grassroots mobilization for the upcoming elections.
