ADC's Nwosu: 2027 Elections Require Party on Ballot

Raph Nwosu, the chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), declared that the 2027 elections in Nigeria will not take place if the ADC is not included on the ballot. Speaking at a party event in Abuja, Nwosu highlighted that the ADC has already secured the required statistical numbers to participate.

He criticized the current political culture in Nigeria, attributing challenges to a culture of impunity and asserting that the ADC will continue to work hard to ensure its presence in the elections. Nwosu mentioned that the party has recorded significant achievements, including a coalition that has garnered support from millions, with a minimum of 11 million people ready to contribute financially.

He also addressed internal crises within the ADC, referencing David Mark's leadership and the need for inclusivity, particularly for youth representation in governance. Nwosu's remarks underscore the ADC's commitment to maintaining its political relevance and influence in the upcoming elections.
